Yashar Garzan

Yashar Garzan, professional musician, composer, music teacher, and student at the Nanjing University of The Arts, is the Executive Director of Production Strategy for the HOPE Concert series. He has studied the GuZheng for over 14 years and has performed in many places such as the Kennedy Center, The Library of Congress, and the Jiangsu Grand Theatre in Nanjing, China. He also has given lectures at local libraries in Nanjing and worked as a musician/composer for the Nanjing BeiHe Physical Theatre. Apart from being involved in a variety of artistic projects, Yashar wishes to make a meaningful impact with his music by taking part in the HOPE concert series that aims to help the orphanage which has been hit hard by the pandemic.
