Lucy Chang

Lucy Chen is a senior at Winston Churchill High School. A composition student of Wang Lu, her work has been recognized in national and international awards. Currently, Lucy is working on ongoing commissions for the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras. She is also currently a Luna Labs Composition Fellow and a Composer Apprentice with the National Youth Orchestras of the United States of America (NYO-USA). As a pianist of 13 years and violinist of 7 years, she enjoys performing with her school orchestra, MCYO, and friends. Lucy also runs the Young Artists Music Society (YAMS), an organization dedicated to spreading musical concerts and resources.
