Mason Lee

Mason Lee is a 16-year-old double bassist at Thomas S. Wootton High School. He started playing the violin when he was 8 years old and made the switch to double bass when he was 11 years old. He is currently the principal double bassist of the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra and has been playing in the orchestra for 4 years. He was also the principal double bassist of the MDMEA All-State Senior Orchestra in 2023 and is returning in 2024 as principal.
